ME PERSONALLY
I am pretty simple, or at least I think so.
Life is too short to ever take too seriously. Education is key, whether you get it from school, mentors, books, seminars, audio recordings, the internet, etc…point being, utilize whatever means possible to always learn.
If you are not growing yourself, how can you expect to grow the ones you mentor?
I am an audible.com freak; this has got to be one of my most favorite finds 7 years ago!
